Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. A 10% service fee will be charged if cancelling/rescheduling outside of that time frame. If more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, you will be asked to reschedule. If requested to reschedule due to late arrival there will be a 10% service fee. No call no shows will incur a 50% service fee. In order to help maintain a high quality, safe working environment, we kindly ask that you cancel/reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell.
